Applewood Nursery & Landscape Supply started in the mid 1960’s and moved to its current location in 1975.  Since it started there have been many changes in the products we carry, but one thing has always been the same, the desire to carry high quality products.

We are a member of a number of different industry associations to help us stay on the forefront of new products, installation methods, and trends.  Some of these associations include the Minnesota Nursery & Landscape Association, American Nursery & Landscape Association, Blue Thumb, Chisago Lakes Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau.

Currently we offer one of the widest selections of landscape materials in the area.  From bulk landscape rock and mulch, five different types of soil, boulders and a wide selection of natural stone.  We have a wide selection of concrete stepping stones, concrete pavers, and retaining wall blocks on hand.

Our green goods selection is constantly growing.  From perennials, evergreens, shrubs, to trees – we have them all.  Whether you are looking for a specimen to highlight in a garden or for plants to use in a foundation planting our trained staff will be able to assist you in finding what you are looking for. We have the areas widest selection of apple trees, daylilies, and hostas, just to name a few.

We also carry all the necessities when landscaping; fabric, edging, drain tile, polymeric joint sand for your pavers, bagged soils, and many, many more.  If it’s not at the nursery we are most likely able to get it in a few days.

Do you already have your landscape done?  Not to worry, we even have products for you too.  We have anything from fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, herbicides to bubbling boulders.  From the products to keep your landscape looking great, to a new focal point for your front entry way or somewhere in the back yard, we can help.

Looking for a water feature?  We carry everything from bubbling basalt columns to ponds.  Maybe you are looking for the sound of a waterfall, but don’t want the pond or standing water around – come in and check out our pondless waterfalls.
